Official Trailer For Hardcore Released

A new official trailer for the upcoming flick Hardcore has been released. The movie is a first person action flick with intense action sequences and an intriguing story line. The trailer was released before its premier at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Hardcore is in no way the first ‘first person’ film but is definitely among the first to incorporate the P.O.V. style in an action genre. The movie focuses on Henry, who has been brought back from the dead, not as a human but, a cyborg. His wife-creator has been kidnapped by a madman with telekinetic abilities and Henry has to rescue her from the clutches of the tyrant.

Directed by Ilya Naishuller, Hardcore was released on September 12 at the Film Festival. The cast includes Haley Bennett, Sharlto Copley, Danila Kozlovsky, Cyrus Arnold and Ilya. The movie is produced by Timur Bekmambetov, Ekaterina Kononenko, Inga Vainshtein Smith and Ilya himself.
