Last year the special award was given to American producer Mike Medavoy. Stone will make a victorious comeback to the Chinese city after he attended the inaugural year of the event in 1993. Then he appeared as a jury member for the Golden Goblet award at the festival. His popular films JFK, Salvador and Talk Radio were also screened at that time. Till now the organisers have only released the main poster of the event along with a promotional trailer. The event will take place between June 15 and June 23. A film market will be organised from June 17 to June 19. The entire plans of the programme will be declared on May 20.
