Orlando Bloom Wants Son to Follow His Steps

Just like every other father in the world, Orlando Bloom also wants his son to follow his footsteps. What he meant by the statement was not the obvious that he wants him to become an actor, but that he wants him to help others, just like him. The Hollywood star has a four-year-old son named Flynn.

“I hope one day he'll come on a trip with me and I hope he'll absorb from me some of that desire to look to the people around you. I think it's always about in the environment you're in, having respect for everybody in the environment you're in. It doesn't matter what walk of life, what kind of social status, social class or background”, Bloom said.

The 38-year-old actor is UNICEF’s goodwill ambassador. He said that although he is lucky to live a happy life, he still he wants the younger ones to get involved in such work. “I'm fully aware that my son is very privileged and I'm fully aware that that's something that I constantly am trying to adjust to so he just doesn't feel like he's in the top 1 percent or whatever. He has a sense of the world”.
