Pacific Rim’s latest trailer released with focus on battling humans

It’s enough of machines and monsters. Let’s have a look at the human aspects of the Guillermo del Toro-directed flick, Pacific Rim. Its brand new trailer will certainly come to help.

The trailer begins with an inspirational speech by Idris Elba and it goes on with planning the course of action of coordinating the progress of human soldiers with their gigantic robots, or triggering the “neural handshake.” Some demonstrations of destruction are depicted in a remarkable way with some flashes of American military imagery. All the scenes have been clubbed in the trailer in a dramatic and breath-taking way.

Elba’s on-screen persona addresses his army saying, “Today, at the edge of our hope, at the end of our time, we have chosen not only to believe in ourselves, but in each other…Today we face the monsters that are at our door.” There is scope of some sympathetic tone in the film as evident from the newest trailer and it is a sort of relief for the audience who were thinking that Pacific Rim would be almost synonymous to Transformers, a heap of machines. Apart from Elba, the Warner Bros. project also stars Charlie Hunnam, Charlie Day and Ron Perlman. It will get a huge 3D and IMAX 3D release on July 12.
