Passengers Fist Photos Released

The first photos of the upcoming Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence starrer Passengers has been released by Sony Pictures. The sci-fi film tells the story of Jim Preston who is a mechanic sent out to a distant planet in another galaxy. Pratt plays the role of Jim in the film which will be released on December 21.

Director Morten Tyldum shared a tease for the film stating, "You will laugh and cry and hold your breath and be at the edge of your seat. It has chills. It also will make you smile and laugh a lot. We wanted a playful movie. And if you have Chris and Jen it’s impossible not to have — they’ve come up with a lot of stuff on set".

Talking about the duo, Morten said, "They’re both extremely funny. They’d try this and that and come up with really funny stuff. They can go very dramatic but their great chemistry — they’re just so good. It is just fun to be around them and fun to be on this journey".

Passengers has been scripted by Jon Spaihts and stars Michael Sheen and Laurence Fishburne as well.
