Paul Walker's Daughter Meadow Gets $10.1 Million In Crash Settlement!

Paul Walker’s 17 year old daughter, Meadow Walker has reached settlement with the estate of Roger Rodas. Rodas, who was driving the car during the fatal accident also died in the car crash

According to the reports Meadow received $10.1 million from the estate of Roger Rodas in her suit asserting that Rodas had "partial responsibility" for the fatal crash.

In a statement Walker’s lawyer said, "The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not tragically been cut short," 

Jaffrey Milam added, "Meadow's lawsuit against Porsche AG — a $13 billion corporation — intends to hold the company responsible for producing a vehicle that was defective and caused Paul Walker's death."

Meadow attorney stated “The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not tragically been cut short,”

Apart from this Meadow is still pursuing a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche manufacturers, insisting the car was missing safety features that could have prevented her father's death. 
Roger Rodas's widow Kristine filed a similar lawsuit but a judge ruled that Porsche bosses were not at fault and dismissed the legal action on 4^th April 2016.
