Pierce Brosnan Says Pan Bahar Deceptively Used His Image

Pierce Brosnan Says Pan Bahar Deceptively Used His Image

Pierce Brosnan has been in the spotlight for the past couple of weeks. The actor, who has earlier played the famous role of James Bond, shot for a Pan Bahar advertisement and the whole social media went haywire. The actor got trolled on social-networking websites and later reports arose that the advertisement has been banned from TV.

The Die Another Day actor recently said that he was shocked and saddened by the criticism and also by the fact that the company deceptively used his image to endorse entire range. He said that he agreed to advertise only a single product and the company presented it to him as all-natural containing neither tobacco, supari, nor any other harmful ingredient. The 63-year-old added that he was told he would be promoting a breath freshener/tooth whitener.

Brosnan cleared that he would have not advertised for the product had he known it was harmful for health. He stated, "I would never have entered into an agreement to promote a product in India that is dangerous to one's health". Pan Bahar has not yet responded on this matter, but hopefully it will soon provide clarifications.
