The Revenant Leaked Online

The forthcoming Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy starrer, The Revenant, has been leaked online of piracy websites. The movie is now among the four other movies that got leaked including Carol, Room, Brooklyn and Straight Outta Compton. Will this put the box office numbers for The Revenant in jeopardy?

The Alejandro González Iñárritu directorial is being praised for the extremely difficult production. The actors had to give it their all and some more for the shooting of the film. It is unfortunate that the movie was leaked as the expectations of the team might fall short. Out of the four movies that leaked, only Straight Outta Compton saw a proper theatrical release.

The Revenant tells the story of a frontiersman who is left behind by his crew. He sets on a journey of vengeance and revenge. The cast for the film includes Domhnall Gleeson, Will Poulter, Paul Anderson, Lukas Haas and Brad Carter, along with Leo and Tom. The Revenant will be released on January 8 in the U.S.
