Richard E. Grant Boards Wolverine 3 Train

The Hollywood Reporter brings word that Withnail and I actor Richard E. Grant has been roped in for the third and final instalment in the Wolverine series. His character is currently unknown but he will be playing a mad scientist from the Marvel Comics universe. Richard will join Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart and Boyd Holbrook for ‘Wolverine 3’.

After Hugh Jackman’s tease for the story of ‘Wolverine 3’ at last year’s Comic Con, rumours and speculations have been doing the rounds, stating that the movie will follow the famous Old Man Logan story line. The movie will be Hugh’s last venture as the clawed mutant. Reports have also stated that X-23, a female copy of Wolverine, will be making an appearance as well.

James Mangold will be directing the film with David James Kelly writing the script. It is also suspected that the movie will follow ‘Deadpool’s path and get an R rating. ‘Wolverine 3’ will be released on March 3 next year.
