    R.I.P. David Huddleston, Dies At 85

    The American actor, David Huddleston, is best known for his crime comedy film, ‘The Big Lebowski’ and for his titular role in ‘Santa Claus: The Movie’. The actor passed away at the age of 85. The news was confirmed by the actor’s wife.

    Sarah Koeppe, David’s wife, said that he died on Tuesday of advanced heart and kidney disease, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The actor was born on September 17, 1930. He served the United States Air Force as an officer and later started his formal education in acting.

    David Huddleston worked for around 54 years in the industry. He appeared both on the big as well as the small screen. He was last seen in a thriller film directed by Bruce Dellis, ‘Locker 13’ and his last small screen work was in ‘It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia’, in episode – ‘A Very Sunny Christmas’, that went on air on December 16, 2010.
