Robert Knepper Roped In For Jack Reacher Sequel

Deadline has reported that Prison Break actor Robert Knepper has been roped in for Jack Reacher: Never Go Back. He will be joining Tom Cruise who will reprise his role as Jack Reacher. Robert’s characters name will be General Harkness and he will be in a supporting role.

General Harkness is “a man of power, experience and authority, who thinks he’s the hero and is not afraid to do what’s necessary”. He is the CEO of a private military company. The movie will be based on one of the books by Lee Child from the Jack Reacher series.

Edward Zwick is directing the project which is currently in the shooting phase. Robert is known for his role as Theodore ‘T-Bag’ Bagwell on the show Prison Break. In the movie, he will perform alongside Cobie Smulders, Danika Yarosh, Austin Hebert, Patrick Heusinger and Aldis Hodge. Jack Reacher: Never Go Back will hit the screens on October 21.
