San Diego Comic-Con Brings Teasers For Luke Cage, The Defenders, Iron Fist And More

The annual comic book intervention San Diego Comic-Con is currently underway. The event commenced on July 21 and will continue through July 24. It brings together fans of all comic book heroes, TV shows, movies and several other art forms. And just like every year, Marvel has brought goodies for the fans. At the panel, Marvel revealed teaser trailers for Luke Cage, The Defenders, Iron Fist and other shows.

Marvel’s Luke Cage stars Mike Colter in the lead role, playing Luke Cage, the victim of a sabotaged experiment that left him with super strength. The executive producer and show runner for Luke Cage is Cheo Hodari Coker of ‘Notorious’ fame. Marvel’s Iron Fist shows Finn Jones as Danny Rand who has the power to summon the fiery Iron Fist.

The Defenders teaser was a teaser to its truest sense. It only showed the word ‘Defend’ written on a wall with Nirvana’s ‘Come As You Are’ playing in the background. The show brings together all four heroes and will debut in 2017.
