    Sandra Bullock Roped In For 'Cash Truck'

    Actress Sandra Bullock has been approached to star in the next 'Cash Truck' which will be directed by Josef Wladyka, who has previously helmed few episodes of hit crime series 'Narcos'. The movie is a remake of a 2004 French thriller drama 'Le Convoyeur'. The flick is said to be an intense, emotionally- charged action-thriller that explores greed, revenge and the dark heart of human nature.

    The Oscar winning actress will play the character of Alex, a woman who has shifted from the US to London to work in a car company that was the recent target of a deadly heist. The film is being produced by Joel Silver under his banner Silver Pictures. Ethan Erwin, Albert Hughes and John Hodge will pen down the script for the flick.

    The 52-year-old actress was last seen in 2015 film Our Brand Is Crisis which was directed by David Gordon Green. She essayed the role of a battle-hardened American political consultant sent to help re-elect a controversial president in Bolivia. She has recently completed the shooting of Gary Ross' ‘Ocean's Eight’ which is a female centric film and also stars Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, Cate Blanchett and Matt Damon. The flick is expected to hit the screens in June next year.
