Sinister 2 teaser trailer released

Sinister 2’s first teaser trailer was released. It is a brief teaser, but tells you all you need to know: “Tell anyone and we’ll kill you, and your whole family. And watch the film over and over.” The clip was incredibly short, but it’s really more of a teaser for a real trailer.

The first teaser is a mere 16 seconds, but there is a full-length trailer coming later in the week, and it will surely give away some more plot details. The original movie centered on a family that was taken down by a malevolent force eventually invading the body of one of the young children. The sequel will be released on August 21 from director Ciaran Foy, from a script by Scott Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill.
