Sofia Boutella Roped In For Fahrenheit 451

Looks like The Mummy actress Sofia Boutella has been picked up for Ramin Bahrani’s TV film ‘Fahrenheit 451’. The movie is the cinematic adaptation of the novel by Ray Bradbury. The cast also includes Michael B. Jordan and Michael Shannon.

Jordan will play the role of a young fireman named Montag. Fighting against the system to regain his humanity forces him to go against his mentor Beatty, played by Shannon. Sofia, on the other hand, will be playing Clarisse who is between the two sides of Montag and Beatty.

The ‘Kingsman: The Secret Service’ actress will soon be seen in ‘The Mummy’ where she plays the titular monster. Directed by Alex Kurtzman, the film also stars Tom Cruise and Annabelle Wallis and will hit theatres on June 9. She will also be seen in ‘Atomic Blonde’ which has been directed by David Leitch. Sofia will be sharing screen space with Charlize Theron.
