    Spider-Man: Homecoming Will Not Feature Michael Keaton As The Villain

    Following reports of Michael Keaton being in talks to play the main villain in the solo Spider-Man film, ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’, The Hollywood Reporter has brought news that the negotiations did not reach a conclusion. Good news is that Robert Downey Jr. will be making an appearance in the film as Tony Stark. ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ will be released on July 7 next year.

    The movie will have Tom Holland reprise his role as Peter Parker a.k.a Spider-Man after making an appearance in the upcoming Marvel Phase Three film ‘Captain America: Civil War’. The cast members for ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ include Marisa Tomei, Zendaya, Laura Harrier and Tony Revolori. The movie will be directed by Jon Watts.

    Michael Keaton, on the other hand, will be seen in ‘The Founder’ which has been directed by John Lee Hancock. It will hit the screens on August 5 and feature Laura Dern, Nick Offerman, John Carroll Lynch and Patrick Wilson. The trailer for ‘The Founder’ was released today.
