Stewart disappointed after not receiving Golden Globe nominations

She had high award expectations this year for her bold performance in the big screen adaptation ofOn the RoadandGolden Globe snub has leftTwilight Sagastar Kristen Stewart fuming and disheartened. Kristen is feeling disrespected that she wasn't nominated for a Golden Globe award. A source was quoted as saying by the Hollywood Life, "Kristen, like any actor or actress, wants their work respected and rewarded.

Not being honoured with a nomination has just lit a fire under her to be work even harder in the future". The source added, “All the nominations haven't been announced for other awards shows, so she may have missed the Golden Globes, but that doesn't mean she has missed out on everything else".

Kristen is very excited aboutOn the Roadwhich will hit the theatres on December 21. She said watching herself in nude scenes in the movie with her mother was not embarrassing. The star, who has given intimate scenes in the film with both Sam Riley and Garrett Hedlund, said that her mother "loved it" instead of criticising her for doing them.

"That was really an interesting experience. For me, I think everyone was really happy that it took a few years for the movie to get made. My mom came to Cannes. She loved it. She was really proud," Stewart said.
