Stuntwoman Died As Producer’s Ignored Her Statement Not Ready For The Stunt

It has come to light that the death of professional motorcycle racer S.J. Harris could have been prevented on the sets of ‘Deadpool 2’, which is set to release on June 1 next year. Some of the crew members of the film revealed that the woman was not ready to perform the stunt. In spite of her not being ready the producers made her do it, which cost her life.

Many of the crew members have reported that Harris wouldn’t have died if the producers wouldn’t have ignored the fact that she wasn’t ready for the shot. The 40-year-old professional racer also lacked the experience as she had never worked on a film before. In the stunt, she was required to drive a motorcycle out of a building from a door, across a concrete pad.

Harris' stunt trainer said that even if she was improving he thought it would just be a matter of time for her to crash into a wall or run over somebody. According to the investigation report by British Columbia's version of the U.S. government's Occupational Safety and Health Administration, “A temporary work site had been setup to record a film scene for a movie production. The site had been cordoned off from general public and traffic by the Vancouver Police Department. The worker had been rehearsing a stunt scene that involved driving a motorcycle”.  However, the production resumed after 48 hours and the cast and crew are held a moment of silence in her remembrance.
