Tom Hanks, Scarlett Johansson, Cuba Gooding Jr. to give away prestigious Tony Awards

Hollywood is all set to add to the glamour of the prestigious Tony Awards which recognizes the talents in Broadway. Hollywood stars like Tom Hanks, Scarlett Johansson and Cuba Gooding Jr. have been assigned with the task to present the trophies at the awards night.

Hanks, who has starred in Lucky Guy, has also received a Tony nomination for his extraordinary work. Johansson has been a part of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof’s revival which was staged earlier this year. Her work in A View From the Bridge also helped her win a Tony award in 2010. Gooding who performed in the revival of The Trip to Bountiful, has been neglected by Tony voters till date, though. Other Hollywood stars like Jesse Eisenberg, Jon Cryer and Martha Plimpton will also take up the role of presenters at the ceremony. The 2013 Tony will be aired live on CBS on June 9 and it will see Neil Patrick Harris return as the ceremony's host.
