Transporter Refueled With a New Transporter

The next instalment in the Transporter franchise will have a new lead, stepping aside from Jason Statham. Ed Skrein will be putting on the tux this time for Transporter Refeuled. Frank Martin/The Transporter is a former special-ops mercenary who now transports classified packages for questionable people.

The story will focus on Frank’s mission to rescue his father, rob a bank and outrun a Russian kingpin. The trailer that was released a while back showed glimpses of the characters and revealed some information on the plot of the film. Filled with action sequences the trailer had sufficient details to keep the transporter fans hooked.

Directed by Camille Delamarre, Transported Refueled will hit the theatres on September 4 in the U.S. Along with Ed Skrein, the cast includes Ray Stevenson, Loan Chabanol, Gabriella Wright, Tatiana Pajkovic, Wenxia Yu, Noémie Lenoir and Yuri Kolokolnikov. The movie is produced by Luc Besson (Lucy) and Mark Gao and written by Adam Cooper, Bill Collage and Luc Besson.
