CBS has given its nod to the license agreement with producer Warner Bros TV. Kutcher andfellow actors have also got a fee hike in the new contract, Aceshowbiz reported. Kutcher will reportedlybe given $ 725,000 per episode, $25,000 more than the previous fee, while co-stars Jon Cryer and AngusT Jones have received a lesser hike. Kutcher has been brought in the show as the replacement of CharlieSheen in the 9th season. Despite initial dip in the viewership, after the actors arrival, the show becameNo 3 primetime comedy later on following Modern Family and The Big Bang Theory.
