‘Uncanny Valley’ To Go On The Floors

Hollywood movie company Universal Pictures has bagged the rights of the unpublished novel of ‘Uncanny Valley’. The novel revolves around a life during the tech boom. Now, the movie will be bankrolled by Michael De Luca Productions under his banner and Brownstone Productions under the banner of Elizabeth Banks and Max Handelman.

‘Uncanny Valley’ is said to be based on the life of Anna Wiener and her shift from the world of publishing to the Silicon Valley life. The movie will depict the character of Anna taking up a new job in the tech world at a startup. Wiener is also the executive producer of the movie.

The novel written by Anna Wiener is yet to be published and is said to get published by early 2019. Max Handelman has previously bankrolled Pitch Perfect. Michael De Luca has previously bankrolled the fifty shades trilogy.
