Verizon Ad Showing New Force Awakens Footage

A second trailer for the highly anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens was recently revealed that got the fans even more hyped than they were before. Now a Verizon ad shows some new footage of Chewbacca and BB-8. The short ad smartly uses the footage to promote Verizon’s network.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is the seventh instalment in the Star Wars franchise. The movie will follow the events of Return of the Jedi and is set 30 years after the battle of Endor. It will also bring back the iconic characters that have been loved and appreciated throughout the series like Haan Solo and Princess Leia.

Directed by J.J. Abrams, The Force Awakens will hit screens on December 18. The pre-order for the movie tickets that started last month saw an overwhelming response. Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o and Andy Serkis are some of the new additions to the series.
