Vin Diesel Shares xXx Teaser

Fast and Furious star Vin Diesel is giving fans a glimpse of xXx: The Return of Xander Cage. The 49-year-old actor shared an action-packed clip from the xXx sequel ahead of the movie's first trailer, which is slated for release on Tuesday. "It is awesome," Vin Diesel posted on Facebook. The teaser sees the star fight bad guys and flips on a motorcycle as the titular character, Xander Cage.

In the teaser Vin Diesel seen in the iconic faux fur lined coat that he made so famous in the first film and Deepika Padukone is looking absolutely stunning in a wardrobe that will give Catwoman a complex. She also shows off her knife-throwing skills in this teaser. The Return of Xander Cage co-stars Deepika Padukone, Samuel L. Jackson, Nina Dobrev and Ruby Rose and opens in theaters Jan. 20, 2017. Vin Diesel will also reprise the voice of Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, which released new concept art last week.

Directed by D.J. Caruso, the film sees Diesel return to his role from 2002’s xXx as extreme-sports enthusiast turned reluctant spy Xander Cage, who emerges from self-imposed exile to recover the deadly weapon known as Pandora’s Box. Samuel L. Jackson also reprises his role as NSA Agent Augustus Gibbons. xXx 3: The Return of Xander Cage will hit theatres on Jan. 20, 2017.
