Warner Bros and DC Entertainment To Work On Harley Quinn and The Joker Spin-Off Movie

Production banners Warner Bros and DC Entertainment are reportedly developing a movie focusing on Harley Quinn and The Joker. The flick is titled as 'Harley Quinn vs The Joker'. The film will see Both Margot Robbie and Jared Leto reprising their respective roles. The Joker and Harley Quinn will be seen as bitter rivals instead of lovers.

It looks like that the yet-to-be-confirmed project is in addition to 'Suicide Squad 2', which will be directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, and the in-development 'Gotham City Sirens'. 'Gotham City Sirens' will have Robbie returning as the pig-tailed super-villain. The project will be directed by David Ayer.

Both Harley Quinn, played by Margot Robbie, and The Joker, played by Jared Leto, were first introduced in 2016’s Suicide Squad, which was helmed by Ayer. 'Harley Quinn vs The Joker' is described as a 'Suicide Squad' spin-off. It will be produced by and DC Entertainment President and CCO Geoff. Details about production and story have not been decided yet.
