Warner Bros. Releases Dunkirk Poster!

The upcoming World War II movie, ‘Dunkirk’, has got its first official poster which was released by Warner Bros. Pictures. The epic has been helmed by The Dark Knight trilogy director Christopher Nolan. The movie stars newcomers Fionn Whitehead, Jack Lowden, Aneurin Barnard and Harry Styles.

‘Dunkirk’ tells the story of thousands of British and Allied troops who are trapped on the beach with enemies surrounding them. Nolan has decided to shoot on a combination of IMAX 65mm and 65mm large format film photography equipment. He will be covering several real locations of true-life events.

Nolan is also producing the project alongside producing partner Emma Thomas. The cast for ‘Dunkirk’ also includes Tom Hardy, Kenneth Branagh, James D’Arcy and Cillian Murphy. The movie will be released on July 21 next year.

July 2017 has become packed with movie releases which include ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’, releasing on July 7, followed by 'War for the Planet of the Apes' on July 14. ‘Dunkirk’ will be sharing the box office space with ‘Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets’ which is also hitting theatres on July 21. ‘The Dark Tower’ is scheduled for a July 28 release.
