    Hollywood actor David Hasselhoff is also popularly known as ‘The Hoff’. The 65-year-old actor held the Guinness World Record as the most watched man on TV. The actor is popularly known for his role as Mitch Buchannon in the 1990s American drama series Baywatch.

    David, who played as the LA County Lifeguard in the Baywatch series talked about the recent movie adaptation of the Baywatch series with the same title. On being asked about the Baywatch movie which released this year, Hasselhoff was quoted as saying, “Was it like 'Baywatch'? Not even close. Did they want it to be like that? No, they wanted to make something different, and it's doing quite well around the world”.

    The Knight Rider star further stated, "'Baywatch', they used the title, they used the beach, but the rest of it was more like 'Dirty Grandpa'. It was kind of an R-rated fun r**p at the beach”. He added, “And you know what? There's a giant audience for that. The Rock is probably the nicest guy I've ever met, next to me, and Zac Efron and the cast were so great and they embraced me so much so I have nothing but positive things to say about it”. The ‘Baywatch’ movie starred Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron, Kelly Rohrbach and Priyanka Chopra.
