Last month, the team of Star Trek Beyond suffered a huge loss with the death of Anton Yelchin. The 27-year-old actor lost his life due to "blunt traumatic asphyxia" which happened when his car rolled back and pinned him against his gate. Recently, his co-star Zachary Quinto opened up about the loss and said that the team hasn't been able to recuperate since.

Zachary, on the The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, shared, "Beautiful, beautiful guy. I don't even know how to talk about it. We already knew this was going to be a bittersweet experience as a result of the loss of Leonard (Nimoy, who died in February 2015)". He added, "But this has been absolutely devastating for all of us. I think our goal just has to be to celebrate his incredible life and honour him. It was a terrible loss, not only to us but to audiences and the industry".

Anton made his debut in 2000 with the film 'A Man Is Mostly Water'. In 2009, he joined the Star Trek franchise as Pavel Chekov. He also played the role of Kyle Reese in 'Terminator Salvation' the same year.
