Zero Dark Thirty’s Jason Clarke to star in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

The second part of theRise of the Planet of the Apesis now here after 15 years. The sequel,Dawn of the Planet of the Apeswas lying on the broken bridge because directorRupert Wyatttook an exit from the film over creative differences. It seems that everything is now back on track asZero Dark Thirty’smain lead Jason Clarke has been signed to act in the film.

Though the role of Jason is not being cleared yet, but yes after his work inZero Dark ThirtyandLawless, he became an obvious choice for the director. The story of the sequel revolves aroundthe group of human scientists who are struggling to survive alone in San Francisco and the efforts of an ape, Caesar, to maintain supremacy over his kingdom. The pre-production stage of the film is still on and is expected to go on the floors by spring.

Jason Clarke is busy in signing flicks with the biggies of the Hollywood. His next upcoming movies areMojaveandWhite House Down. And his 3DDawn of the Planet of the Apesis to hit the theaters in May, 2014.
