The Kannada actor, Dhananjay, has managed to create a stable position in the Sandalwood industry. It is reported that this 30-year-old star has been roped in Shiva Rajkumar starrer ‘Tagaru’. Dhananjay is likely to play a bad guy in the film which is yet to hit the floors.

“I have been working out a great deal to achieve a certain frame that will look menacing on screen. There’s also a new hairstyle. For this role, I decided to opt for a really short hairdo. While the look is already tough, the dark grey lens completed the look. Getting the look right is half the work done, the rest of the task will happen on screen as I work out the nuances of the character,” says Dhananjay.

Dhanu made his Sandalwood debut in 2013 director Guruprasad’s flick ‘Director's Special’. For this flick, he won the SIIMA Award for Best Male Debutant. It seems that Dhananjay has a long way to go in the Kannada industry. It will be extremely exciting to watch Dhanu sharing screen space with veteran actor Shiva Rajkumar.

Desimartini wishes Dhananjay for his upcoming venture ‘Tagaru’.
