Filmmaker A.P. Arjun beaten up by Sandesh Nagaraj?

If rumors are to be believed, producer of Airavata, Sandesh Nagaraj has thrashed filmmaker A.P. Arjun as the director could not complete his film even after taking 130 days of a superstar like Darshan. Reports further suggest that Arjun allegedly spoke ill about Darshan which irked the producer resulting in a brawl between the two and a furious Sandesh Nagaraj apparently beat up Arjun.

However, Arjun came to his rescue and said, "No one has beaten me up. I have not done anything to deserve a beating or such rumours. It is true that we took a 130-day call sheet from the leading man for this film. We have completed shooting for 95 days. Six more days of shooting and we will wrap up the talkie portions. Only songs will be pending after that. I have completed shooting as per the planned schedule. There is no difference with either Darshan or the producer in this regard. Yes, during shooting there have been minor exchange of words with the producer. But nothing of the sort that would lead to a scuffle or fight. I am really upset with such rumours and have no idea who is fanning them". He further justified himself, saying, "It is the producer who handles the remuneration issue. I have no part in it. This is another rumour being spread about me. It is a clear case of somebody trying to target me".
