Kriti Kharbanda: ‘The Fact That I Am A Simple Person Has Worked In My Favour’

Kriti Kharbanda who has recently won the title of ‘Bangalore Times Most Desirable Woman of 2015’ is humbled to receive the honour. The actress told TOI, “I wasn't expecting it the first time. And I definitely wasn't expecting it the second time. I am pleasantly surprised and am secretly very happy. It is flattering and a confidence booster. It means a lot more to me this time around”.

The actress who is gearing up for her Kannada film release this year, added, “Beauty is indeed in the eyes of the beholder. We may want to present ourselves a certain way. But the perception from the other side need not necessarily be the same.

She continued, “The fact that I am a simple person has worked in my favour. If you retain your simplicity, you automatically have that freshness going for you. One mustn't try hard or pretend to be someone else. I did pretend to be someone else once and it backfired”. The actress said that her big eyes are her most attractive physical attribute.
