Meghana Raj Injured During Rehearsals

The shooting of Allama is expected to begin this week, but the leading lady, Meghana Raj has injured herself. She has been rehearsing for a song over the last few weeks with Dhanajaya, the male lead. The song requires both of them two learn classical dancing. Unfortunately, Meghana twisted her ankle while rehearsing for the song.

The Raja Huli actress told TOI, “We need to start shooting for this song later this week, and I can't postpone it because of the ankle because the team has been considerate enough to push it till now because of my exams. I have a tight schedule too, and there is no question of postponing shoot. Let us see how it goes". She is now treating her swollen ankle.

The film will be helmed by T.S. Nagabharana and his son Pannaga Bharana will assist him. The makers are not planning to postpone the shoot, instead they are looking to make slight changes to the schedule. The film’s unit is hoping that Meghana recovers well on time.
