Mr. World Thakur Anoop Singh To Make Kannada Film Debut

Pilot by profession, actor by passion and recently crowned as Mr World at World Bodybuilding Championship in Thailand 2015, the multi talented Thakur Anoop Singh is set to make debut on the big screen. The star will be soon seen acting in Puri Jagannath's Kannada-Telugu bilingual. The flick will be called Rogue that will also be a platform for producer C. R. Manohar's brother Ishan.

Thakur Anoop Singh confirmed the news,“I met Puri sir last June in Goa when he was shooting for Loafer, during which he said that he had something in mind for me. In August, just before I went for Mr World, I was called for a screen test in Hyderabad and was given some lines in Hindi. Later, while waiting, I memorized the lines in Telugu too.

He further added that Puri was impressed with budding actor and offered him the role. The Dhritarashtra from TV show Mahabharat later said that he later got to know that he has actually replaced none other than Sonu Sood for this character.
