Puneeth Rajkumar Returns To Television After Three Years

Puneeth Rajkumar has returned to television after three years with Srujan Lokesh’s show — Majaa Talkies for its 250th episode. When asked what kept him away from the small screen for so long, Puneeth shared that he would have returned sooner, but things didn’t fall in place. Puneeth is also a television lover and told the leading daily that he regularly watches Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and Comedy Khiladigalu.

Talking about his television return Puneeth said, “Srujan and my family go back a long way. We’ve known each other since childhood and I did want to appear on the show sooner”. He also says that he genuinely enjoys these TV outings.

He confessed, “The last time I appeared on TV was for Ramesh Aravind sir’s show (Weekend with Ramesh: Season 1). I loved being on that episode and now I have made an appearance for another dear friend on his special occasion”. He sums it up by saying “I don’t go to TV shows to promote my movies. I don’t believe in it. If I go, it’s only to let loose and have a good time,” he sums up.
