Sequel Of Sudeep’s Kempe Gowda Not To Be Titled Kempe Gowda 2

Sudeep’s 2011 Kannada action masala ‘Kempe Gowda’ was declared as a super hit of the year. The movie’s sequel ‘Kempe Gowda 2’ was expected to hit floors this weekend but has been grasped by some trouble. It seems like the sequel is not close enough.

According to recent reports, the filmmakers have been denied the rights to the title ‘Kempe Gowda 2’. On a related note, the makers of the film have remained tight-lipped about the starcast of the movie. Sources claim that a newcomer will essay the role of a cop in the sequel.

For now, Sudeep is likely directing a movie, which will be titled ‘Hebbuli 2’. The first iteration of the flick was directed by S. Krishna. Sudeep will start working on the project once he is done with Prem's The Villain. The Villain stars Kichcha Sudeep and Shivarajkumar in the lead roles.
