Simple Suni’s ‘Operation Alamelamma’ Is In Progress

Simple Suni’s upcoming Kannada suspense comedy thriller ‘Operation Alamelamma’ will feature Manish Rishi, Rajesh Nataranga and Shraddha Srinath in the lead roles. The trailer of the flick, which is based on kidnapping, released recently. This is the first time the director, who shot to fame with ‘Simple Aagi Ondh Love Story’, is making a thriller.

Touching upon the film, Suni had earlier stated, “The hero who is a vegetable vendor has this craze for bidding. He is also fascinated by big brands, but flaunts around fake brand clothing. His craze for brands traps him in a crime situation. Usually a movie plot revolves around a boy chasing after a girl, but here the hero is on a pursuit to find his parents as he is an orphan”.

The film revolves around the characters Purmy, teacher Ananya and Alamelamma. The background score and soundtrack for the flick has been composed by Judah Sandy. Abhishek Kasargod has wielded the camera for the movie.
