These Two Actresses Confirmed For Ravichandran's Dasharatha

V Ravichandran is a prominent name in the Kannada cinema industry. He is often considered as The Show Man of Kannada cinema for his multi-faceted works in his associated films. The actor is never out of demand and three of his movies were launched on Maha Shivarathri this year. Out of the three films, one was Dasharatha.

The film started rolling on April 15 and the first schedule of the project ended on April 24. The film is being helmed and bankrolled by MS Ramesh. The latest in the front is that actresses Sonia Agarwal and Priyamani have been taken on board for the flick. While Sonia makes her comeback to Kannada films with this movie after fifteen years, Priyamani will be seen in a pivotal role in the film.

As per the director, Ravichandran's character is based on Dasharatha Maharaja in Ramayana. The film will not just focus on the Dasharatha but would also illustrate the life of his daughter Shantha and her husband Rishyasringa. Reportedly, Sonia Agarwal character is based on Kausalya.
