This Is A Feel-Good Film Along The Lines Of Dil Chahta Hai: Kiran Srinivas

Kiran Srinivas is a popular actor who has done almost everything from acting in movies to doing supporting roles in television serials. The actor has also worked in few Kannada flicks. After making his comeback in the Sandalwood industry with Apoorva Kasaravalli’s Niruttara, the actor is now all set for his next Kannada flick.

He has now wrapped up his next, Onthara Bannagalu, which also stars Pratap Narayan, Praveen Pugalia, Sonu Gowda and Hitha Chandrashekhar. The film is a travel film which has been extensively shot in Karnataka. Talking about the film, the actor said, "This is a feel-good film along the lines of Dil Chahta Hai. This is a film about a bunch of people and their emotions. The title is Onthara Bannagalu because emotions are compared to colours in this film and there are different shades of various colours in each character”.

He further revealed that to get into the character, the actors used to travel together. Adding more to the story, the actor said, “The film is about three friends — Jai, Sri and Ram — who have grown up together. They decide to take off on a quick getaway to escape some sort of pressure from work. The film explores what happens in the day when the characters lose their emotional baggage and face their insecurities. All of this, though, has been shown in a light manner".
