    Creating furore with its authentic storyline and non-professional cats, Thithi has made name for itself throughout the nation. However, the makers are receiving honours outside the country as well. Recently, Raam Reddy, director of the flick was awarded German Star of India award at the 13th Indian Film Festival at Stuttgart, Germany.

    "This is special for me because I had exhibited my first work, short film Ika (Feather), at the same festival five years ago. We are now perhaps the most awarded Indian film this year so far internationally, and I hope these are positive steps towards securing the Indian Oscar nomination for 2016", said director.

    The flick is a social satire and has bagged 17 awards, where most of the awards being given at international forum. Er Gowda is the co-writer of the screenplay, who expressed great satisfaction as the movie is doing great on both domestic and international stage.
