Upendra’s To Groove On Patriotic Introductory Song In Kalpana 2

Upendra, who is busy shooting for his forthcoming film Kalpana 2, will be seen shaking leg on a patriotic introductory song for the film. Revealing the details of the song, director Ananth Raju said in a statement, “In the original (Kanchana 2), the introductory song is about ghosts, and this goes with the theme”, and added, “Though ours follows a similar storyline, we have made some changes to adapt it to the Kannada audience”.

He further said, “I am sure this will evoke an emotional response from the audience. The actor has not had such an introduction in any of his previous films. Puneeth’s voice only adds to the flavour of patriotism”.

Reportedly, the Sandalwood star will sport different looks in the song, which has been sung by Puneeth Rajkumar. There will be about 100 dancers in the background around him.  The shooting of the song will be done in Bengaluru itself.
