For her it was a challenge to enter the console room and prove her talent everyday to the makers as per the reports. She feels that it is a pity to discriminate on the basis of gender.

There were reports that Geeta shared that things are in a better position as compared to the old days. She added that the people with whom she has worked before feel comfortable in roping her again, but the newer teams directly opt for men. This type of attitude needs to be changed according to her.

When it comes to men, it is the burden of proving their skills, but women are doubly marginalized as they have to prove them on the basis of gender as well as the talent they owe. Gender discrimination demarcates an individual on the premise which has been superficially constructed to keep half of the population at bay.
