Anusree Plays An Autorickshaw Driver In Ottarsha

When it comes to playing unconventional characters, Anusree is best at it. The actress has played many unconventional characters in the past. She is all set to play another challenging role in her next movie titled Ottarsha where she would be essaying the role of an autorickshaw driver.

The movie will be directed by cinematographer-turned-filmmaker Sujith Vaassudev. Talking about her role in the film, the director said, "Anusree's character drives the film but the movie tells the tale of the common people who travel as passengers in her auto rickshaw. It will have realistic humour and drama that happen in a normal person's day-to-day life."

Marimayam fame Jayaraj Mitra has penned the script for the film. The director also stated that the movie will be extensively shot inside the auto rickshaw. It will also be shot near auto stands. "We will have three to four cameras set up to get the various angles of those travelling as their story is the crux of the movie," said Sujith. The makers are planning to shoot the movie in Kannur or Kozhikode. The flick will start rolling by the end of February.
