Aparna Balamurali To Play Chattambi In Kamuki

Aparna Balamurali is known for doing some strong roles in her career. But, it is believed that her role in the upcoming movie Kamuki will be the most interesting. Binu S will be at the helm of affairs for the project.

Talking about her role in the film, Aparna said, "I play a chattambi named Achamma in the film. It's a very different from what I have done and a feisty girl in contrast with Askar's visually impaired character.” Actor Asif Ali's younger brother Askar will be cast opposite the actress.

The film is currently in its post-production stage. Aparna will also be seen with Asif Ali in the forthcoming film BTech. Directed by Mridul, the movie will also star Niranjana Anoop as the second female lead. BTech will be the third time that Aparna will be working with Asif after Thrissivaperoor Kliptham and Sunday Holiday. She also has director Ashiq Abu’s Mayanadhi in her kitty which will star her alongside Lijo Jose Pellisserry, Basil Joseph, Tovino Thomas, Aiswarya Lekshmi and Leona.
