    ‘Dry’ Set For March 17 Debut

    Vishakh Punna is all set to mark his directorial debut with his upcoming film ‘Dry’. The story centres on a young passionate and determined boy named, Abhinav, who reaches Kochi with dreams and goals intact. Abhinav wanted to join the police force and aspired to become an SI. His father, who was a constable, had passed away and thus he needed the job. However, there is a turning point in his life when he falls into a troupe of bad company and begins enjoying his freedom. Amidst this, he forgets his goals.

    Talking about the film and shedding light on the title of the film, Vishakh says, “It has to do with alcoholism and the laws of the land.” The film features 13 fresh faces as actors, more on the technical side. Aristo Suresh has sung a song for the film.

    Roshan Mathews, a Mumbai-based Malayali who went to New York Film Institute, is essaying a lead role. The one who is playing leading actress has few short films and music video to her credit. ‘Dry’ is slated to hit the silver screens on March 17. Desimartini wishes that the film sails smooth at the box office.
