Dulquer Salmaan is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film ‘Charlie’. Reports suggested that the film would release on December 18. But latest reports suggest that the film has been pushed back now.

According to reports, Martin Prakkat directorial has been pushed back by a week. The romantic entertainer will now hit the screens in December 24 as a Christmas release. Speculations are rife that the film has been postponed because the team of the film know that it is simple romantic film and has nothing special for the audiences. They fear that the hype created before the release of the flick may let down the people when they see it on the big screen.

Prithviraj will be lending his voice for the narration in the film. Parvathy plays the female lead in the flick. It has been bankrolled under Finding Cinema banner and has music by Gopi Sundar.
