Indrajith To Don Khakhi Again

Indrajith is all set to don Khakhi on big screen once again. The actor has played a similar role of a deputy police commissioner in Rajesh Pillai's Vettah. Indrajith says that the character in his upcoming, Dr Biju's Kaadu Pookkunna Neram is different from the one he has portrayed in the past.

Talking about his role in the movie, he said, “I play a police constable in the movie, which has most of its story unfolding in a forest”. The actor says that he hasn’t played any such character in the past. It is “a tougher character to play”, he said.

Dr Biju had previously revealed that the film is about the sensitive human rights issue. When asked about the plot of the flick, he said, “It has a socially-relevant subject at its core” and added, “All his recent films including Valiya Chirakulla Pakshikal have highlighted social issues. Even though there aren't many dialogues, each character passes through a range of emotions. That presents a lot of scope for actors”.
