Indrajith To Play Jayan In Aashiq Abu’s Next?

If grapevine is to be believed, Aashiq Abu is making a film based on the life of late actor Jayan. As per the latest reports, the filmmaker has roped in Indrajith Sukumaran to play the lead role. However, rumours as of now remain unsubstantiated.

A source close the actor has confirmed to TOI that negotiations are going on between the makers and Indrajith. “It's true that Indrajith was asked to play the role of Jayan in the movie and he has given the nod too. However, the project will go on floors only next year as it's still in the preliminary stages”, the source said.

The actor is currently shooting for Bijukumar Damodaran’s ‘Kaadu Pookkunna Neram’. He will be seen playing the role of a police constable in the movie. The film also stars Rima Kallingal.
