    It Was A Challenge To Play The Role Of A Disabled Person: Askar Ali

    Actor Askar Ali, younger brother of Asif Ali, has finished the shoot for his third movie, titled 'Kamuki'. The actor is undoubtedly following his brother’s footsteps in the cinema industry. The movie is directed by Binu S., who is known for his films like 'Style' and 'itihasa'.



    When asked about his role, that of a blind man, he says, “The movie is about falling in love blindly,” thereby emphasising the pun. “It was actually a challenge to play the role of a disabled person but I was able to relate to the character. Due to the support and encouragement from the amazing crew I was able to pull it off”. The actor also said that his talented co-star is far better than him when it comes to working out the chemistry.



    The movie is also featuring Aparna Balamurali opposite Askar. The other major characters revolving in this film are done by Dane Davis, Kavya Suresh, Baiju Kottayam Pradeep and Rony David Raj. Moreover, Aslar finds it easy to work with Binu S. as he created a cheerful atmosphere on the set. The actor further added, “It felt good to work under the supervision of an experienced director”.
