Jio Filmfare Awards 2018 - Fahadh Faasil Bestowed With The Best Actor Award

Fahadh Faasil is a known face down the south. Not just he is famous, but also enjoy a huge fan following. The actor made his acting debut in 2002 with romantic film Kaiyethum Doorath. While the film didn’t do much business at the box-office, the star gained recognition with his role. Since then the actor has not looked back and now he is one of the biggest stars of the Mollywood industry.

Last year the acted in the film Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum. The film fetched him a National Award this year. And now, Fahadh also managed to impress the jury of the 65th Jio Filmfare Awards. The actor recently won the Best Male Actor title at the 65th Jio Filmfare Awards.

While the actor was himself not available to take away the award, his team members made sure that they made their presence felt. Helmed by by Dileesh Pothan, the family-drama film featured stars Suraj Venjaramoodu, Fahadh Faasil, Nimisha Sajayan, Alencier Ley Lopez and Sibi Thomas. The film also won two awards at the 48th Kerala State Film Awards.
